Admissions
All admissions to school are dealt with by the Local Authority. Parents/Carers can apply for a Reception place for children starting school. Children moving to a new school, either part way through the school year, or after their Reception application is classed as making an In-Year application.
Applying for a Reception place:
Information and time scales for applying for a Reception place can be found here.
We hold an open evening for prospective parents/carers in the Autumn term, which is an opportunity to visit the school, meet the staff and ask any questions you may have.
Parents/Carers will be informed of their child’s allocated place in April of the year their child is due to start school. We will then send out a welcome pack including information regarding the induction process and opportunities for children and families to visit the school in the summer term.
Making an In-Year application:
Information regarding In-Year applications and how to apply can be found here.
Once the admissions team at West Northamptonshire Council have allocated a place, parents/carers will be notified, along with the school, with the aim of getting children admitted to their new school as soon as possible and within a maximum of 10 days.
At any point in your application process, if you would like to come and visit the school, please contact the main office on 01604 751625 and we will be happy to make an appointment for you to have a tour of the school.
